The crash, reported on Tuesday, Jan. 7, caused extensive backups as emergency responders accessed the scene by driving southbound in the northbound lanes, authorities said. 1 Hospitalized After Two Tractor-Trailers Collided On I-81 In Lebanon: PennDOT (Photos) Two tractor-trailers collided on Interstate 81 sending one person to the hospital, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice.  The crash happened on I-81 South at mile marker 93 in Swatara Township shortly after 4 a.m. on Thursday, August 1, as detailed by Schreffler.  There was "heavy entrapment" and one of the tractor-trailers rolled over, Schreffler explained.
