Watch: Car Bursts Into Flames After Slamming Into Parked Vehicles In Ansonia Connecticut police believe the driver who caused a fiery crash in New Haven County earlier this week was intoxicated and speeding. Police released surveillance video of the Monday, Oct. 7, crash that shows a car blow through a stop sign, slam into a row of parked vehicles, and burst into flames near the intersection of East Main Street and Kingston Drive in Ansonia. Several I-91 Lanes Closed After Truck Strikes, Damages Overpass In Enfield Connecticut DOT workers are cleaning up the mess and inspecting the damage after a truck with a crane mounted to it crashed into an overpass on I-91 in Hartford County. The truck struck the Route 190 bridge overpass in Enfield around 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, forcing workers to close three out of the four lanes, Connecticut State Police said. East Haven Man Arrested In Deadly Bar Fight That Killed Popular 26-Year-Old Connecticut police announced a major break in a 2-year-old murder case this week after arresting the man they say pulled the trigger and killed a 26-year-old man.
