Mechanicsburg Man Injured In Route 15 Crash: Police A Mechanicsburg man was injured in a two-vehicle crash on US Route 15 North near the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Upper Allen police announced on Tuesday, Dec. 10. The collision happened when the driver of a gray Toyota Prius attempted to merge onto Route 15 North from East Winding Hill Road on Saturday, Dec. 7, according to investigators.
