The shocking theft happened at 4:52 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the intersection of Blue Church Road South and Wild Cherry Drive in Center Valley, Upper Saucon Township police said. The suspect, driving a white Dodge van, was last seen heading south on Blue Church Road. Now, investigators are asking the public for help.
