Burning Body Found In Driveway Along PA Street: Police The body of an unidentified man was found burning in a driveway along a Philadelphia street on Tuesday, Nov. 19, according to police. Officers and Philadelphia Fire Department crews responded to the report of a fire in a driveway in the 8000 block of Leonard Street at 3:08 a.m., the Philadelphia Police Department said in a news release. When they arrived at the scene, they found a man with severe burns laying in the driveway, according to police. The scene was secured and the Fire Marshall was called to the location.
