Upper Allen Township Police Department officers were called to the 400 block of Ricky Road at approximately 3:45 a.m., where they discovered the deceased man, authorities said in a release.
A portion of the road was temporarily closed as detectives conducted their investigation. The road has since reopened, police said.
Officials assured the public that there is no ongoing danger related to the incident.
