A New York woman and Chinese national has been federally indicted after prosecutors accused her of running an alleged sex trafficking operation out of residential brothels in the Boston area.
Zengzeng Liu, 40, of Flushing, New York, also known as "Bella," is accused of managing an international operation beginning no later than August 2025. Kevin Shareed Harmon, 38, of Gwynn Oak, Md., was sentenced by Lancaster County Judge Craig Stedman after a jury found him guilty in March of Third-Degree Murder, Theft By Unlawful Taking, and Firearms Not To Be Carried Without A License in the April 23, 2023, killing of 54-year-old Miguel Vazquez-Ruiz, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office.

Mom Kidnapped, Killed While Delivering Mail On Route: Investigators
A US Postal Service mail carrier and mother of two was kidnapped and killed while delivering mail just months after her husband's death, authorities said.
Brandi Reynolds, 35, was found dead at about 4:16 p.m. on Friday, June 26, the US Postal Inspection Service said in a news release. Her body was discovered in Hays, North Carolina, about 90 minutes west of Greensboro.
William Durham, 56, was arrested in connection with Reynolds' death. He was charged with first-degree murder and first-degree kidnapping, NBC News reported.

A contractor was injured when a renovated 1930s farmhouse exploded in Bucks County around 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 29, according to public records and dispatch.
