Rapists Blame Hennessy After Victim Left Bleeding From Mouth: Cumberland County DA
Two Cumberland County men were convicted of sexually assaulting a woman after a night of drinking, authorities said.
Chase Toombs and Taj Tucker blamed their behavior on Hennessy beer, according to the Cumberland County District Attorney's Office.
The victim complained of bleeding from the mouth and vagina after an attack by the two men, the DA said.
Both men were found guilty on Tuesday, Aug. 27 of Sexual Assault, Conspiracy to Sexual Assault, Indecent Assault by Forcible Compulsion, Conspiracy to Indecent Assault, Simple Assault, and Conspiracy to Simple Assault, the DA said.

Five people involved in a major organized retail theft operation have been charged with targeting stores across nine counties, authorities said.
Marlin Polanco, Malik McDonald, Cartier Hardy, Homario Oldacre, and Lorenzo Walters were charged in Dauphin County with corrupt organizations, organized retail theft, and related crimes, Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry said on Monday, Aug. 26.

Teen Killed In NEPA ATV Crash ID'd By Carbon County Coroner
A 19-year-old man was killed in an ATV crash in Carbon County, authorities said.
Joshua Beck of Penn Forest Township died as a result of the crash on Saturday, Aug. 24, according to Carbon County Coroner Mark K. Smith. Beck lost control of the ATV, left the roadway and struck a tree, the coroner said.
