A teenager was found dead at the scene of a motorcycle crash involving a tractor-trailer, Lebanon City Police announced on Saturday, Oct. 19. An 18-year-old Lebanon man has been identified as the victim, but his name had not been released at the time of publishing. The official cause and manner of death of a motorcyclist who died following a crash into a tree has been released by the York County Coroner's Office on Friday, Aug. 16.
