Ephrata Man Killed In Lebanon County Rollover Crash: PA State Police
An Ephrata man died after his truck rolled over and struck a tree stump on Stricklerstown Road in Millcreek Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania State Police Jonestown announced on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
Randolph R. Blank, 62, was driving a 2006 Ford F350 southbound near 617 Stricklerstown Road at 5:17 a.m. when he left his lane, went off the right shoulder, and hit a tree stump, causing the truck to roll over once, troopers said.
Blank was wearing a seatbelt, and the airbags deployed, but he was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. No other vehicles were involved.

Henry X. Rodriguez is wanted in connection to an incident that occurred on Friday, Feb. 14, at approximately 8:12 p.m., according to Detective Sergeant Eric Larsen of the Mahwah Police Department.
