Lititz Man Wanted For 'Threat of Mass Violence' Killed Fleeing From Police The man who died in a crash after fleeing from the police has been identified by the Lancaster County Coroner's Office and as detailed in a release by the New Holland Police.  David Andrew Pacoe, 59, of Lititz, was driving dark colored Audi sedan at a high rate of speed when he slammed into a tractor-trailer at the intersection of North Railroad Avenue and Gristmill Road in Earl Township around 1:13 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, according to the releases.  Before that happened, at 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, officers with the New Holland Police Department …
