FL Man Voted In Multiple PA Counties: Usdoj A 62-year-old man voted in Florida and Pennsylvania during the last presidential election and other elections, the US Department of Justice announced on Wednesday, Sept. 25.  Philip C. Pulley entered a guilty plea before Chief United States District Court Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg for falsely registering to vote, double voting, and election fraud, according to the USDOJ.
