Photos Of SUV Man Attempted 'Lure' Child Into Released By Police In Central PA

Images of the actual SUV used by a man who allegedly tried to lure a child away from her school bus stop have been released by police.

The thin, older white man, supposedly tried to get a 10-year-old girl into his car while she was walking to school on Tuesday morning, according to a release by the Susquehanna Township police.

Photos of the SUV are likely to be a white 2020-2022 Ford Escape SE, SEL or Titanium Edition with 18-inch wheels and there is an unknown dark-colored item on the passenger side of the trunk lid, police say.

The incident happened in the area North Progress Avenue & Timber View Drive in Harrisburg on Feb. 22 at 8:15 a.m., the release shows.
