SEPTA Bus Hit-And-Run Crash In Philly Possibly Caused By Car Chase: Report A hit-and-run crash involving a Philadelphia SEPTA bus may have been the result of a car chase, according to a report. Police responded to a call about a vehicle being chased and shot at on Broad Street at about 2 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21, an NBC10 News report states.  Instead, officers found that a vehicle had crashed into a SEPTA bus at the intersection of Broad and West Rockland streets, according to the NBC10 report.
