Christopher Casey Guilty Of Stabbing Robert Wallace Dead: DA A Hatboro man has been sentenced to almost a year in jail after stabbing his neighbor dead during an ongoing dispute over his snoring, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said on Friday, Aug. 16. Christopher Casey, 55, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced on Aug. 7, in the death of of 62-year-old Robert Wallace, according to a DA spokeswoman.  Casey was sentenced to 11½ to 23 months in prison, followed by three years probation, she said. Woman Waving Gun, 69, Shot Dead By Officer In Pennsylvania: DA A 69-year-old woman was fatally shot by police after waving a gun and pointing it at responders in a Pennsylvania town. EMTs and Upper Moreland officers were called to the 100 block of Evans Avenue in Willow Grove Sunday, Oct, 8, around 5:05 p.m. on reports of a woman waving a gun outside of a home, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele said. The woman pointed a firearm at EMTs and police issued commands for her to drop the weapon, but the woman did not comply. Montco 'Candy Man' Made Off With Hundreds Of Dollars In Sweets, Cops Say Authorities in Montgomery County are searching for the suspect they call the "Candy Man."  Upper Moreland police say the pictured man swiped $500 worth of candy from the Five Below in Willow Grove in a pair of back-to-back heists on Friday and Saturday, May 5 and 6.  Investigators claim they managed to track down the "Candy Man" at least once, but that he fled on foot and could not be located again.  Anyone who can identify the alleged thief is asked to call Upper Moreland Township police at 215-657-4700, contact Det.
