Fire Crews Battle Blaze At Blommer Chocolate Factory Fire crews battled a building fire at the Blommer Chocolate Factory Tuesday, authorities said. When firefighters arrived on scene just after 2 p.m., they discovered that the automatic fire alarm was manually pulled by a worker who noticed the fire in the packaging area of the factory in Upper Hanover Township, according to Emergency Alerts of Delaware, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties.
