Car Slams Into Wall Of Lansdale Burger King
A car slammed into the wall outside of a fast-food restaurant in Lansdale Monday, authorities said. Officers were called to 601 South Broad St. around 9:20 a.m., where they discovered a car had left the road and collided with the decorative wall in front of Burger King, according to the Lansdale Borough Police Department. The car landed on a berm at a 45-degree angle, authorities said. The car was driven by a 41-year-old woman, who was accompanied by a man in the passenger seat, police said. Caretaker Surrenders After Accidentally Shooting Man With Special Needs Inside Lansdale Home
A caretaker surrendered to police on Wednesday after he accidentally shot a man with special needs while unloading his gun at a Lansdale residential group home, authorities said. Authorities ID Woman, 62, Killed In Montgomery County Fire
A 62-year-old woman died Monday of injuries sustained in a two-alarm Montgomery County apartment fire over the weekend, officials said. Joann Maletto, of Upper Gwynedd Township, was pronounced dead Monday morning by the Philadelphia Medical Examiner’s Office, Upper Gwynedd Township Fire Marshal Jeff Tomczak said.
