Indecent Exposure On College Campus Leads To Charges For PA Teen: Police A Mechanicsburg teen is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself to a woman on a local college campus, Upper Allen Police announced on Friday, Feb. 22. Brian Santiago-Mundo, 18, of the 4500 block of Rolo Court, exposed himself to a female victim on Dec. 26, 2024, authorities said. Messiah University Department of Public Safety assisted in the investigation, police noted. Santiago-Mundo was charged with Indecent Exposure and Open Lewdness. His case was bound over to the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas following a preliminary hearing, police said.

Timothy Hanford, 49, is believed to have fatally shot a woman in a home on the 800 block of Grantham Road in Upper Allen Township before turning the gun on himself, local officials said. Their bodies were found by police performing a welfare check around 5:30 a.m. Saturday, July 1, Upper Allen police said.
