A 28-year-old man is in jail after an infant was found unresponsive in Pittsburgh on Wednesday, Sept. 11, police announced. Seth Williams of Pittsburgh has been charged with five felony counts of Aggravated Assault, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of Children, the police explained.
