Two suspects in the hit-and-run crash were later arrested in Pennsauken, NJ, police in Philadelphia said. The pedestrian, who was not identified, was pronounced dead at 12:25 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 22 by a medic. The name of the Dodge's driver was not released, The second driver fled and was not found by police. Both suspects were expected to be extradited to Pennsylvania.
