Second Driver Dies After Wrong-Way Crash On PA Route 22 A second driver involved in the wrong-way crash on Route 22 in Bethlehem Township early this month has died, according to the Lehigh County Coroner.  Barry W. Fulton, 58, of Summit Hill, passed from multiple blunt force injuries on Sunday, Oct. 5, authorities said. Berks County Woman Dies In Crash: Coroner A Maxatawny woman died after crashing her car in the township Thursday, Aug. 17, according to authorities.  Deborah A. Majerich, 67, was driving along Kohler Road near Berks County Park when her vehicle left the roadway and hit a telephone pole, said Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.  She was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest by Topton EMS where she died from her injuries around 6:15 p.m., the coroner said.
