Barricade Situation With Armed Suspect Ends In Arrest In Bucks County: Police Residents of a Newtown housing development were ordered to shelter in place on Sunday morning, March 17 while township police worked to arrest an armed suspect, the department said in a release.  Authorities said they were called about an assault on Independence Place in the Headley Trace development around 7 a.m. They arrived and spoke with a female victim who snuck out of the rear of a residence, according to the release.
