An Amazon delivery driver fired a gun at someone who asked him to move his truck on Wednesday, July 17, according to Philadelphia police. Terrel Hall-Williams, 28, is charged with aggravated assault and related counts, authorities said in a release. Hall-Williams' Amazon truck was on the 900 block of South 17th Street when a 23-year-old camp counselor asked him to move it around 3 p.m., officials said. A 64-year-old city man is accused of setting two people on fire in a Southwest Philadelphia home last month, authorities told Daily Voice. Authorities who were looking for an accused thief found their suspect walking down a South Philadelphia street on Tuesday night, Nov. 7. Bernard Estrada, 51, had been sought in New Jersey where he allegedly stole gas from an Oaklyn Wawa and crashed into police cars while making his escape, sources with direct knowledge of the incident tell Daily Voice. Victim Found Shot In Head In Idling Car: Philadelphia Police
A man was found sitting in his car on a Center City street with a gunshot wound to the head late on Monday night, Sept. 25, Philadelphia police told Daily Voice. The victim was found in a blue Toyota Prius on the 500 block of South 17th Street around 11:40 p.m., the department said. He had also been shot in the right shoulder.
