Man Emerges From PA River With Multiple Gunshot Wounds: Police Two men were shot on in, and somehow one of them ended up in a Pennsylvania river on Sunday, according to the police. The first victim arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg around 11 p.m., according to Pittsburgh police. He is currently in stable condition, according to police as of Monday morning.
