Two Pennsylvania men — including a registered sex offender — are facing federal charges after allegedly conspiring to produce child pornography and enticing children online, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced on Wednesday, Nov. 20.

Jeremy Nathaniel Fallbeck, 31, of York, has been charged with producing, receiving, and coercing child pornography and enticing a child to engage in unlawful sexual activity on Aug. 4.
The charges stem from an investigation into unlawful sexual activity from on or about January 9, 2019 until on or about August 25, 2019, in York County, according to Acting U.S. Attorney Bruce D. Brandler.

Sarah Norton, of Jewett City, a borough in New London County, met the teen while “gaming” online, according to Acting United States Attorney Jennifer Arbittier Williams.
