Man Who Arranged Arson Of PA Warehouse Convicted: Police
A New Jersey man was convicted for arranging the 2022 arson of a Bensalem warehouse on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, according to police.
Ramiz Duka, 61, of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, was convicted in federal court for conspiring to set fire to a warehouse located at 1388 Bridgewater Road in Bensalem on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2022, the Bensalem Police Department said.
Duka recruited two men to set fire to the warehouse, paying them $15,000 to do so, according to police. Over the course of several weeks, the three men met and planned the arson, ultimately leading to the fire.

Federal officials say Michael Muse, 44, of Brooklyn, walked into the ESSA Bank on Milford Road in Middle Smithfield Township on Sept. 16, 2021 and stole about $9,000 at gunpoint before fleeing the scene.

A Philadelphia man is going to spend time behind bars for a violent assault on sheriff's deputies last year, authorities said.
Jeffrey Dingle, 44, was sentenced to 18 months to 48 months in prison after pleading guilty on Tuesday, April 12 to three counts of aggravated assault and one count each of criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct, according to the Bucks County DA's Office.
Dingle injured several deputies on April 21, 2021, and they were taken to Doylestown Hospital for treatment. One suffered a fractured orbital bone, authorities said.
