Troopers Investigate After Woman Jumps Into Delaware River: State Police A woman in Bucks County jumped into the Delaware River on Monday evening, Jan. 15 after police approached her about a domestic dispute, authorities announced.  State police said they were called about a domestic incident at a house on Durham Street in Riegelsville around 6:30 p.m. A 30-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man were involved, they wrote in a release.  Troopers searched nearby and found the woman with three children on a walking trail near the Delaware River, but when they approached, police said she leaped into the water.  The three kids were "safely secure(d)," t…
