Philmont Avenue Reopened After Crash In Huntingdon Valley (Update) Philmont Avenue in Huntingdon Valley has reopened after being closed due to a vehicle crash, Lower Moreland Township police announced on Friday, Dec. 13 at 12:03 p.m. The crash, which initially blocked Philmont Avenue between Byberry Road and Pine Road, has been cleared, police said at 11:02 a.m. Drivers can now resume travel through the area. Authorities thanked the public for their patience during the road closure.
