A Philadelphia man was charged with Abuse of a Corpse after his dead wife was found in a closet, police announced on Thursday, Oct. 17.
Lola Karabaeva, 61, of the 9000 block of Diplomat Place, was reported missing on Sunday, Oct. 13, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. Officers spoke with witnesses who reported that they last spoke to her at 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12.

Sharell Holliday, of the 2500 block of North 32nd Street, was killed in the crash that happened in the 2200 block of Reservoir Drive, the Philadelphia Police Department said on Thursday, Oct. 17.
