A multi-vehicle crash caused Route 309 in Montgomery County to shut down for two hours Friday morning, Oct. 18, police said. A passenger has been found guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter for a fatal crash on Interstate 78, the Berks County District Attorney's Office annoued on Friday, Oct. 11.
