Gunman Fired 30+ Rounds From AR-15 Killing 35-Year-Old Female Victim In DelCo: Police One woman was killed when a Delaware County man fired a rifle from outside his house into the surrounding neighborhood, authorities said. The situation unfolded around 2 a.m, Sunday, Feb. 13, when Yousuf Bahal began firing an AR-15 rifle in front of his Penn Boulevard home in East Lansdowne, local police said. Responding officers saw 30-year-old Bahal open fire and confronted him, East Lansdowne police said. He later dropped the gun and was arrested, they said.
