PA Man Accused Of Groping Woman At Sheetz Gas Pump A Palmyra man tried to reach up a woman's shorts while she was pumping gas at a Morgantown Sheetz, according to authorities.  Police said Dean Balsamo, 44, approached the 18-year-old victim around 2:40 p.m. on August 8 and groped her.  The victim reported the incident to Caernarvon Township police and investigators identified Balsamo as the suspect.  He was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, and indecent assault and arraigned on Sept. 26, where his bail was set at $10,000, court records show.  Balsamo has a preliminary hearing in a Berks County court schedule…
