Double-Fatal Crash: Man, Woman ID'd As Victims In Bridgeport A man and a woman riding a motorcycle were killed when a vehicle allegedly turned in front of them on a Connecticut roadway. The pair that was killed has been identified as 32-year-old Carlos Jean Parra Rodriquez of Stratford, with his 21-year-old passenger Deivi Suarez of Allentown, Pennsylvania. The Fairfield County crash occurred in Bridgeport around 6:20 p.m., Sunday, June 2, in the area of 1853 Stratford Ave. According to Sgt. Officer Hospitalized After Being Struck By Car At DelCo Crash Scene An officer was hospitalized after being struck by a car while at the scene of a crash in Delaware County on Monday, authorities said. The officer was investigating the accident in the 2000 block of Industrial Highway around 6:10 a.m. in Eddystone, local police said. The officer was taken to an area hospital for treatment and later released, authorities said. The officer is recovering at home, police confirmed on Facebook Monday afternoon. Additional information was not immediately released.
