The Pennsylvania National Guard is coming to aid a Montgomery County nursing home in the midst of a major COVID-19 outbreak. The Elm Terrace Gardens in Lansdale on Dec. 10 reported 43 new cases, five hospitalizations and seven deaths, NorthPennNow reports.
