Maura Shuttleworth, 40, of Perkiomenville, was accused of starving the four kittens and failing to provide veterinary care, resulting in one kitten losing an eye due to infection, the affidavit states.  Shuttleworth was charged on Monday, Oct. 28, court documents state. Giuseppina “Josephine” Leone, 62, of North Wales, was sentenced to 21 months in prison and one year of supervised release on Tuesday, Oct. 22, the US Department of Justice said in a news release. Speeding Pennsylvania Driver, 29, Charged Crash That Killed NJ Grandmother A Pennsylvania man has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash in South Jersey, authorities said. Theresa Karbach, 69, of Cherry Hill, died as a result of injuries from the crash in Lawnside on May 13 at about 9:30 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. Anwar Parham, 29, of North Wales, PA, was charged with death by auto, driving with a suspended license and assault by auto, MacAulay said. PA Man Drove Off In Walmart Truck With $75K In Stolen Goods: Police A North Wales man is accused of stealing a tractor-trailer from an area Walmart, Hilltown police say.  Timothy Morvin, 38, allegedly made off with $74,705.56 worth of merchandise on Jan. 16, the department said.  Police issued a warrant for his arrest after an "extensive investigation" and he was arraigned last Monday, Sept. 25, according to state court filings.  Morvin is due in court for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 9.
