'70 Rounds Fired' Leaves 7 Shot, 2 Killed In Philadelphia: Police (Updated) (Note: This story has been updated with new details from Philadelphia police.) Details are emerging in the North Philadelphia mass shooting incident that killed two and sent five more to the hospital on Tuesday night, Nov. 21.  The gunfire rang out on the corner of North 6th and North Fairhill streets around 8:30 p.m., authorities said. "At least 70 rounds were fired," the Philadelphia Police said.
