This Bath Mat Could Be Key To Solving PA Infant's 1993 Death, State Police Say Nearly 30 years after an infant girl was found dead in a trash bag off the side of a Schuylkill County backroad, state police investigators are still trying to learn her name.  The child, known to authorities only as Baby Jane Doe, was lifeless when she was found in New Castle Township on June 13, 1993, troopers said in a release. She was wrapped in a blanket and a bath mat before being placed in the bag, state police said.
