Maryland State Police have released harrowing details in the quadruple murder-suicide involving two young Pennsylvania girls, their father and his alleged accomplice. Police are investigating after an apparent-murder suicide left two people dead in the parking lot of a Philadelphia Target over the weekend, 6abc reports.
