On July 27, Warrington Police responded to the 2200 block of Pileggi Road for the report of an indecent sexual assault that occurred to a 9-year-old child, police said. Philly Man Who Sex Trafficked Child In Bucks, Delco Sentenced: Usdoj A 29-year-old Philadelphia man has been sentenced to 23 years in federal prison for sex trafficking multiple victims including a minor, authorities said. Kevin L. Smith was sentenced on Wednesday, July 31, according to U.S. Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero. Bucks County Man Arrested For Sexually Assaulting 11-Year-Old Child, Authorities Say A 31-year-old man from Bucks County has been arrested on charges that he sexually assaulted a minor when he was 18 years old, authorities said. Andrew Duchesneau of Newtown Township was arrested in connection with sex offenses, which allegedly occurred on various occasions in 2008 when the alleged victim, in this case, was approximately 11-years-old, authorities said.
