The looting in Philadelphia continued on Wednesday night, Sept. 27, even after more than 50 people were arrested, according to city police. Incidents on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, Sept. 28 included: A burglary at Nat's Beauty Supply Store on the 6800 block of Frankford Avenue in Mayfair. Nine people broke the front door, stole several items, and fled in a red Hyundai Sonata and a white Acura, police said. All liquor stores in Philadelphia — and one in Montgomery County — are closed after the looting that took place throughout the city on Tuesday night, Sept. 26. The relatives of a 27-year-old Philadelphia man shot dead by city police officers claim authorities lied about the circumstances that led them to kill him.
