Disturbing photos later surfaced showing her holding the child while hitting a man, according to investigators. Kyzhera Star Weaver, 19, and Jesenia Loarte Mercado, 35, of Lancaster, have been charged after police claim to have uncovered a scheme to conceal the baby from authorities.
