Elijah Deloach Killed Weeks From Graduation, Family Says Elijah Deloach, the 18-year-old shot and killed in Philadelphia on Tuesday night, May 21, was two weeks away from graduating high school, according to loved ones.  In a GoFundMe campaign set up to assist with funeral costs, family members called Deloach a "heroic young man."
