Philadelphia police have released images of the suspected gunpoint rapist behind two attacks in Kingsessing. The first attack happened at 3 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14, authorities said previously. No Arrests Made In Deadly Philadelphia Shooting, Police Say
A 31-year-old man is dead after gunshots rang out on a Southwest Philadelphia street Tuesday night, Oct. 17, officials say. It happened on the 5400 block of Chester Avenue in Kingsessing just after 6:45 p.m., city police told Daily Voice. The unnamed victim was shot multiple times and pronounced dead at Presbyterian Hospital by 7 p.m. No arrests were made and no weapons had been recovered from the scene by Wednesday, Oct. 18, PPD said.

A Philadelphia man pleaded guilty to stealing a car at gunpoint early this year, authorities have announced. Shamire Young, 20, could face up to 25 years in federal prison.
