'I Lost My First True Love:' Victims Of Deadly I-81 Crash Remembered
The lives of two Maryland men were cut short in a crash on I-81 last week in Pennsylvania, and now, their loved ones are rallying to give them proper burials. Diamonte Drequan Disney, 25, and Tiheen "Tizzy" Justice Nathaniel Matthews, 20, both of Hagerstown, MD, both died in the crash Wednesday, Aug. 21 in Antrim Township, as previously reported by Daily Voice. An unlicensed Pennsylvania man has been arrested after authorities say he led a high-speed police pursuit that ended in a crash in Virginia. Scott Parsons, 34, of Minnersville, PA, was spotted Saturday, Feb. 3, by a Winchester police officer who initiated a pursuit onto I-81 near the 312-mile-marker in Frederick County, VA, where state police took the lead, Sgt.
