Suspect ID'd In 14-Hour Philly Standoff That Ended With Gunfight Philadelphia authorities have released new information on the 14-hour armed barricade situation that ended with an exchange of gunfire in Germantown on Saturday evening.  City police were called to the 400 block of W.
