Escaped Inmate Plunges Down 30-Foot Embankment In Philadelphia While Fleeing US Marshals The search for an inmate who escaped custody earlier this week in Philadelphia is heating up with new information, and a new reward being offered by the U.S. Marshals Service. Alleem Borden ran from officers on the 1300 block of North Allison Street in West Philly around 6:45 a.m. Monday, Feb. 26, Philadelphia police said.  He was reportedly being held in connection with a stolen car.
