Harleysville Driver, 36, Killed In Bucks County Crash
A 36-year-old driver from Montgomery County was killed in a crash in Bucks County, authorities said. Robert Strohm, of Harleysville, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on Wednesday, Aug. 28 at about 6:30 p.m., according to Hilltown police. The crash occurred at the intersection of Route 113 at Diamond Street. The second driver was transported by ambulance to Grand View Hospital with unspecified injuries, police said. A screaming woman led police to a suspect in a stabbing, authorities said on Monday, Aug. 19. On June 28 at about 3 a.m., Hilltown Police responded to a business in the 800 block of Blooming Glen Road to investigate the report of a female stabbing victim. Officers arrived and found a screaming woman being chased by a suspect, Jacob Cantando, police said. 'Child Sexual Abuse Material' On Kik Traced To Bucks County Man, Police Say
A Warrington man is in police custody on child pornography charges, authorities say. Police said they received a cyber tip in March that a Kik Messenger account "shared, disseminated, and/or uploaded apparent child sexual abuse material" on the platform. The account was later linked to 51-year-old Christos Rallis, authorities said. Police obtained an arrest warrant and Rallis surrendered on June 7, Warrington PD said. Two Suburban Philly Businesses Shut Down For Prostitution Investigations
Two businesses in the Philadelphia suburbs have been shut down indefinitely following allegations of prostitution, authorities said. Authorities closed New Super AcuCare on Oxford Valley Road in Fairless Hills and West Trenton Day Spa on West Trenton Avenue in Morrisville on Friday, March 11 after Falls Township police determined that the businesses were "promoting prostitution and human trafficking," they said. A routine traffic stop in Bucks County turned up a stolen gun on a man prohibited from possessing firearms, authorities said. A 30-year-old woman was arrested after breaking into her ex-boyfriend's Bucks County home and stabbing him with a broken bottle, police reports say.
