Ocean State Job Lot Opening In Pottstown Ocean State Job Lot, the region’s premier discount retail chain, will open a new store in Pottstown in the fall.  The new location will be the chain’s 11th store in Pennsylvania and its second in Montgomery County. California-Based 'Grocery Outlet' Opens 1st NJ Store, Replacing Shuttered South Jersey Kmart A discount grocery chain plans to open its first New Jersey store this fall, reports said. Grocery Outlet is moving into vacated Kmart space in Mercer County, according to JerseyDigs.com. Kmart closed its former Hamilton Township store in December 2019.
