Montco Copper Thieves Used Bolt Cutters In Peco Station Break-In, Troopers Say State police in Montgomery County are investigating a burglary at a PECO substation on May 8.  Two masked men used bolt cutters to gain entry to the substation at 444 Gravel Pike in Perkiomen, troopers said.  They then stole copper wiring from the loading dock, according to investigators.  Suspect one was 5-foot-11 and about 180 pounds with an average build, police said. PA Killer Calls FBI After Slaying Mom, Brother: DA A Montgomery County man shot and killed his mother and brother on Sunday, Sept. 24 before placing a call to federal agents, prosecutors claim.  Aaron Deshong, a 49-year-old Perkiomen resident, was still on the phone with the FBI's Threat Assessment Center when state police arrived at his Gravel Pike home to take him into custody, said the District Attorney's Office.  The FBI received the call around 5 p.m., according to the criminal complaint released by prosecutors.
