Philadelphia PD: Man With Distinctive Walk Arrested In Rape Of Woman, 55, In Center City Macy's A suspect wanted for raping a 55-year-old woman inside of the Center City Macy's store was arrested Wednesday, Philadelphia police said. Jaleel Uqdah's distinctive walk helped identify him before he was taken into custody from his Philadelphia home, police said.
